Lemme Work It: 3/31/10

This day has been SO awesome. I’m just going to break it down for you.

10. This weather is just not stopping! Even warmer than yesterday…it’s fabulous.

9. New post on The Frattiest Sorostitute: Glenn Beck vs. Kappa Sigma. Did the fraternity brothers really tow 53 cars belonging to people on UCF’s campus to see the conservative speak? And people say Greeks never do anything good…

8. You guys had awesome suggestions for coconut oil! I love how many people use it on their hair and bodies. And a lot of you just use it like butter. Awesome…can’t wait to try all these suggestions, and I was excited to hear a few virgins are planning to try it for the first time.

7. While I worked this morning, I chatted with Leah for three hours about blogging, our plans for spring and summer fun, stand-up comedy, and boys. This whole “done with the proposal so I have more time on my hands” means I’m once again giving G-chat the kind of attention I usually give my G-spot and it is great to be back!

6. Despite my great mood, I was still feeling like kicking some ass, so I did kickboxing today. My goal was to do it at least once this week, so I did two segments (20 minutes) on my kickboxing DVD. Great workout!

5. After kickboxing, I was in the mood to keep things going, so I hopped on my spinning bike for another 25 minutes. Today’s power song was an oldie but a goodie from Rihanna. It sounds slow but those jumps are HARD.

4. I did the whole thing in my running skirt. I haven’t worn it in ages but it was so warm out today. Kicking ass in a skirt is always fun — and being able to ride a bike in a skirt is why I love home workouts.

3. It’s HUMP DAY! That means a treat is coming.

2. Went to the library and got new books! (Plus put about ten more on hold, so I’ll be set for a while.)

1. Once again, everything I want to make for dinner is missing one ingredient. It’s time for a grocery store run. And since Jacki and I had discussed a friend-date tonight, that means we’re going to have another grocery friend-date. Two of my favorite things; I couldn’t be happier.
