		<description>I came upon your blog through someone else...I can&#039;t remember who it was, you know how blog hopping can be.  Anyway...I&#039;ve been diligent with my New Year&#039;s Resolution to get back into shape after a year of complicated health problems.  I am a little more than halfway to my goal and had hit a major physical and emotional plateau.  So, after reading about your challenge, I decided it was just what I needed to get me going again.  So yesterday, I incorporated the 30-Day Shred into my workout.  I&#039;ve been working out faithfully for the past couple of months but when I woke up this morning I was sore for the first time in a while.  Thanks so much for the inspiration! 		<description>Hey girl, its me again! I bought the Core Fusion DVDs after reading about how much you loved them...but I haven&#039;t yet tried them out(which will be perfect for the challenge!) I was wondering if you think CF is enough strength training if I do it 3x a week? I&#039;m just wondering if that will be enough, or if you think I should incorporate weights also? Thanks for all your tips!
