When I saw this video on FitSugar this morning, I immediately Tweeted it and put it on Facebook and Tumblr because I just loved it so much! Obviously, I had to share it here too, for anyone who isn’t stalking me all those other places.

And came across it last Fall on Youtube and it totally made me teary eyed. I hate to say that a NIKE commerical of all could do that to me, but damn, this one gets it right!

I loveee Nike commercials… I should try and put them on my iPod for when I’m at the gym (if that’s possible).
P.S. I got chills when they Michael Jordan image flashed. Yes, I grew up in Chicago during the MJ heyday.
