		<description>I have made paella a couple times! I have an authentic recipe straight from the kitchen of an old Spanish lady, and I used a recipe from a cookbook as a reference for measurements, etc. It&#039;s a really simple dish, so you have to be very precise with your ingredients and equipment. And when you make it the right way...oh man. Wonderful. Let me know if you you want the recipe/my sage advice. I brought my paella pan to NYC, so I&#039;m thinking of making some again soon.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m posting my goals tomorrow! And participating in the out of the box challenge so so excited! I was lagging a little on my posts today. Oh well. I had high hopes I will post them all tomorrow. But a brief view of my goals for this month: 
Drink more water at least 4 bottles a day
Eat more vegetables
Wake up at least a half hour earlier (need to start small)
Do &quot;Morning Pages&quot; - I will explain what those are later well in my post tomorrow :)

anyway, I need to think of my March goals...I&#039;m thinking one will be to not hit snooze more than once and actually get up relatively close to the time I set my alarm for. Novel concept.
