So, as I said last week, I am now taking submissions so I can share your Vision Boards with everyone. I got so many comments on that post from people saying they loved the idea of making a Vision Board…well, I hope in the week that has passed, you have made one! And if not, get thee to Michael’s this weekend for some craft supplies!
Today I have two lovely visionaries to share! First is reader Chanelle, whom I Tweet with all the time. Chanelle has Cushing’s Disease, so right now, she’s dealing with a tumor (!!!) and she pointed out that this is her pre-tumor Vision Board, to motivate her health and fitness goals.

Besides the pretty colors and pics, it also has a “healthy living contract” she downloaded from Spark People. I really like the idea of writing up goals and then signing a contract on them!
Next up is Kristine, another Twitter buddy and Shape Up NYC blogger. Kristine created a Vision Journal…I absolutely love this idea! With a journal, she told me, she can take it with her wherever she goes and always see her goals.

She did front and back….

Some of Kristine’s goals: Establish herself as a blogger and get more readers, get a promotion at work, be able to do a full plank push-up, cook more, save money so she can travel, and make herself happy instead of relying on others! (And that’s just the short list!!)
Since I wrote on the last page of my journal last night, I decided to create a Vision Journal today to use for my next one. And speaking of journaling, last night when I was, I decided to make the last page called “Optimisms.” I just wrote out the BEST-CASE scenario of everything that could happen to me today and this weekend. It was unabashedly optimistic and hopeful, but I feel like it’s why I woke up in a really great mood and am having a really wonderful day!
Keep making your Vision Boards and sending me pics so I can share the inspiration with everyone!

OMG so sorry, I fixed it! If you knew how many awful typos I’ve made today…I even had a their/they’re incident…TGIF!!!
I love that idea of making a journal! There are so many things I’d like to do, that I’ve sort of put away on a mental shelf but I know that if I saw them I’d attempt to accomplish them more! Besides healthy eating, I want to learn how to speak/read/write Japanese.
I took it in high school but my skills are fading!
Do we get to see your vision board journal?
