Just reading all your Core Fusion posts...I'm sold! I'm really loving The Dailey Method right now and have noticed similar changes (two weeks in and I feel much more toned). In a few weeks, I'm going to take measurements. I'm adding these DVD's to my list, and maybe combined I'll really see a difference!

Sweet Jesus, Rachel -- I did the body sculpt dvd for the first time this morning and nearly died. I'm trusting your advice that it does get easier! I know it's a great workout though -- my abs (ok -- all muscles really) were buuuurning. I also enjoy how damn happy they look throughout the whole thing -- just smiling away like they're on a nice leisurely stroll. Maybe one day I'll be grinning and not wincing?

Woo woo!! See I found the third segment of Body Sculpt was my big ego-killer...the standing glute work is brutal for me! But I'm glad you switched it up and are feeling more confident...I have also found that doing the segments in a different order can also help! I really like doing arms and core first, and then the other stuff.

Keep me posted!!

Okay, I switched from Pilates to the Body Sculpt, and found it much more doable. The third segment of Pilates was just killing my drive. Now, with a bit of an ego boost, I feel like maybe I can make it through pilates too, and maybe even attempt something like what you did--your results are impressive! Thanks!

I know...some of those poses are really tough!! Just believe when they say it DOES get easier! I also noticed I can NOT do the DVD effectively after spinning because my legs are just too tired to begin with, so maybe consider how it fits into your overall routine as well?

Thanks for the follow-up! I checked out these dvds on your recommendation, and have done half the pilates, but I tend to get frustrated with so many difficult poses. Hopefully with your pep talk I can push myself through the whole routine tomorrow!

I did do the stretching because I want to work on my flexibility! Sometimes I would do some of my own stretches but I really tried to stretch for 10 minutes at the end!

Hey! I just started and did 2 10 minute segments today! I'm trying to do 20 minutes each day primarily arms and thighs as these are my problem areas that I want to focus on now. Did you do the stretching portion each day too?

I definitely avoid core work too, but one thing I really like about this is you will NEVER do a single crunch! I just like the exercises a lot better than all the other core work I've ever done.

Impressive results, can't argue with all those inches. I skip core work a lot because it gets so boring, but maybe someone telling me what to do via DVD would help
