		<description>I am an active person and a long distance runner. But I needed some way to control my food intake and snack responsibly. I started writing in one of these on Feb 8 and I started week 4 on Mar 1. As skeptical as I was about this, I am happy that it is working for me. a I take a core conditioning class at school and my instructor told me I looked good, and she proceeded to ask me if I had lost some weight. Sweet! Because just a couple of hours before the class I had weighed myself at home and saw a weight decrease of about 2-3 lbs, even though I was not consciously trying for a weight decrease. 
Now would be the perfect time to start on this Fitbook thing, because with spring time coming and all the crazy fruits and veggies available, anyone could do great.  I am just hoping that I can continue to make good progress and I have 8 more weeks to do that. 
Notice how this book has 12 weeks to do your plan. And it takes around 3 weeks to make something a habit in your life. So many opportunities to work on habit-forming food/workout plans.</description>
