Goooood morning!
This week has been great! I had a feeling February was going to be awesome and I honestly woke up on February 1 with a feeling that everything was wonderful. I was done with the book and ready to move on to the next stage!
The next stage is, this week, getting my online presence in tip-top shape so that I have all corners of the WWW covered. That meant building my personal Web site, which I have been stalling on since last fall. I needed a place to sort of bring all my different projects together (I do actually do more than just write about sexting) and represent who I am. It’s not the easiest undertaking but it’s gone way better than I expected and I actually really enjoyed working on it! It’s not 100 percent done but it’s very, very close. I also joined Tumblr! Any of you who are on Tumblr, follow me! I am posting sort of the best of my Shedding It content there to reach a new audience. (My site is here.) Even if you don’t have Tumblr but you are in the mood for a laugh more than in the mood for what I had for breakfast, you should check it out, because it’s definitely my favorite stuff. I’m kind of addicted to Tumblr already! It’s like Twitter + WordPress and it has a good community feel. Love!
In between all this, I’ve been networking on Twitter, Core Fusioning, working it, and eating well! Sunday I ran three miles, which was great, because I had only planned to run one as a warm-up; Monday I taught spinning which contributed to my awesome feeling of positivity; Tuesday was a rest day; and yesterday I went and spun alone. I only had about 25 minutes and I wanted to make the most of it, so I jumped on the bike and put on some new tunes and just KILLED IT. Honestly, I haven’t had a spinning workout that tough in ages; I made myself do fast jumps, sprints, and two hard climbs. By the end of the 25 minutes, I was wiped out, but in a good way. I think I need to do that more often! Then it was off to do a bunch of errands. Despite a snack, by the time I got home I was so ready for dinner, and my mom had made one of my faves: sloppy Joes!

Whole-wheat buns, super-lean beef, and a side of veggies make this a very healthy and fast dinner option!
After dinner I LOLd my way through “Modern Family” (the Jager quote — classic) and then got into Meeting Your Half Orange. OMG! I wish I could afford to buy it for all my single friends! It just makes so much sense to me; I’m a huge believer in positive thinking and we all know how much I love my Vision Board…why did I never make the connection to dating?! Awesome.
This morning I’m up looking at a very lovely pink/lavender sky over the woods behind my house as I have breakfast.

This is always what I have on mornings when I’m going to the gym early, and this is one of those mornings! I was planning to run, but really, spinning yesterday was so fab, I might do it again!
Then it’s time to come home and PACK because I am leaving for Chicago tonight with Jacki! It should be a really good weekend…hanging out with my girlfriends who live there and enjoying city life for a little while.
Ahhh I can’t believe it’s already Thursday. This week has flown by!
Have a great day!

I think you’ll really enjoy being on Tumblr! It’s really a lot of more community oriented than any other blogging service I used. When (not if) I get KSE back up, it will most likely be on Tumblr 100% this time.
Hope you enjoy it. : )
