Since Rachel and I both love working out, music, and making playlists, we thought we’d shake things up and come up with a guest playlist for each other’s blogs. It’s my turn first! The theme of this playlist is Teenage TV Angst. Yup, I have more than one guilty pleasure TV show, in fact, I have three: Gossip Girl, The Hills and The City. As embarrassed as I am to admit that these are in fact the only shows I watch, I take heart in the fact that they help keep my workout playlist from getting monotonous by offering me a great selection of new music each week. In fact, they make it easy. Each show has a website section devoted to listing every track featured on each episode. Amazing. The following songs have serenaded Serena, Kristin and Whitney as they got in fights, slept around and backstabbed their best friends, but they can provide a much more positive soundtrack for your life by making your fitness routine a little more fun!
