		<description>I totally agree--Thursday is my longer run day because there&#039;s no Law and Order SVU to tempt me back home early!  As for the hair, I feel your blowout pain and admire your dedication to it--alternate swimming and running days mean that my hair hasn&#039;t seen a proper blow-dry for months :-(

		<description>Great point! I usually have quick weekday workouts and then push my endurance on the weekends with a long run or super sweat sesh at the gym. It helps keep me motivated too since it adds variety.
