Sometimes I might have to wait for something to come available, but not always. I'm pretty happy with Amazon's mp3 downloads - however, earlier this year my laptop crashed and I was not able to recover the songs I'd bought through Amazon. :( Maybe the answer is to burn hard copy back-ups.
