Just in case you thought I was some sort of domestic goddess who whips up dishes like it’s no big deal, just know this: today I decided to do a long soak in order to prepare dried black beans. I have previously used the quick soak method. Should have stuck with what I know! I am not sure what exactly went wrong here, but something sure did. Black bean burgers will not be served tonight. Please stand by.
